What these terms cover
This page covers b2bgold.app — what this website is, who publishes it, and what you can rely on it for. It is not the licence for any app or extension.
Only cPixel publishes a separate set of terms of service today. They are summarised below and they govern that app. For every other product, the store listing and this page are what there is.
Who you are dealing with
B2B Gold is a software studio established in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. It builds and publishes the Shopify apps and Chrome extensions listed on this site, and it operates this website. Support and legal correspondence goes to support@b2bgold.app.
Using this website
The site is informational. There is no account to create, no form to submit and nothing to buy here — everything is installed from the Shopify App Store or the Chrome Web Store, under those stores’ own terms. What the site does and does not collect is set out in the privacy policy; the short version is that it collects nothing.
Product facts on this site — plans, prices, features, ratings — come from each product’s own record and describe its store listing as of the last time the site was built. The listing is authoritative and can change without this site changing. If a number matters to a decision, check it on the listing.
The text, design and images on this site belong to B2B Gold. Read it, quote it and link to it freely; do not republish it as your own.
Installing an app or extension
Installing a product accepts the terms that come with it. cPixel’s terms say this outright, and add that if you install on behalf of a business you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
A Shopify app installs into your Shopify admin and acts on the store data you point it at. An extension installs into your own browser. What each one then does with data is the privacy policy’s subject rather than this page’s.
Paying for an app
Shopify handles the money for the Shopify apps, and the billing terms are each app’s own. Only cPixel has published a set, so what follows is cPixel’s position and is stated as such. X Shield and UpBar also sell paid monthly plans but have not published separate terms — check their App Store listings for the terms that apply to them, and do not read the two paragraphs below as covering them.
cPixel. Paid plans are billed by Shopify through its Billing API and appear on your Shopify invoice. Charges recur every 30 days until cancelled, and uninstalling cancels the subscription.
cPixel. Cancelling refunds the unused part of the period you already paid for. Shopify credits it automatically, so paid access ends when you cancel rather than running on to the end of the period, and you are not charged for time you do not get. Past periods are not otherwise refunded.
Every Chrome extension listed on this site installs free from the Chrome Web Store. None of them has a paid plan.

- Installing the app accepts its terms. If you install on behalf of a business, you confirm you can bind it.
- You choose which advertising platforms receive your customers’ data, and you supply their credentials. The lawful basis for that tracking, your own privacy notice, and collecting consent are yours. The app honours the consent state Shopify records.
- Paid plans are billed by Shopify through the Billing API and appear on your Shopify invoice. Charges recur every 30 days until cancelled, and uninstalling cancels the subscription.
- Cancelling refunds the unused part of the period you paid for; Shopify credits it automatically. Because of that, paid access ends when you cancel rather than running to the end of the period. Past periods are not otherwise refunded.
- Exceeding the monthly order allowance never stops browser-side tracking. On paid plans server-side sending continues; on the free plan it pauses until the allowance resets, and orders taken meanwhile are queued and sent when it does.
- Delivery of every event to every platform is not guaranteed — it depends on the platforms’ APIs, the visitor’s browser, ad blockers, network conditions and Shopify’s webhook delivery. What is promised is that failures are reported rather than hidden. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed either, and features may change or be discontinued with reasonable notice of a material reduction.
- Do not use the app to send data you have no right to send, to get around an advertising platform’s terms, or to reach another merchant’s data.
- You may uninstall at any time. Access may be suspended or terminated for a breach, or where Shopify or the law requires it, and on termination your data is deleted as the privacy policy describes.
- Liability is capped at the fees paid in the twelve months before a claim, and excludes indirect or consequential loss such as lost advertising performance. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
- Governed by the laws of Vietnam, with the courts of Ho Chi Minh City having exclusive jurisdiction.

What is and is not promised
This website is provided as it is. It is kept accurate, but the information on it is not a warranty and a store listing outranks it.
For the products, the promises are each product’s to make. cPixel’s terms are explicit that uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed, that features may change with reasonable notice of a material reduction, and that delivery of every event to every advertising platform is not guaranteed — that depends on the platforms’ own APIs, the visitor’s browser, ad blockers, network conditions and Shopify’s webhook delivery. What is promised there is that failures are reported rather than hidden.
Governing law
B2B Gold is established in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. cPixel’s terms of service — again, the only published set — are governed by the laws of Vietnam, with the courts of Ho Chi Minh City having exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
The date at the top of this page changes whenever this page does. A material change to a product’s own terms is announced through that product.
